Foundation

Berytrade founded in Valencia, Spain by Marwan Alaily and Paul Nakhlé. Vision: structured brand representation for premium baby and toy brands in GCC and Arab markets.

GCC expansion

Initial market development across GCC countries. Portfolio structured around brands with sustainable long-term potential.

Regional office, Beirut

Regional office established in Beirut, Lebanon, strengthening operational coordination across the Middle East.

Retail operations launch

Toys"R"Us Lebanon opens at ABC Verdun (March 2025). Brickstore opens at ABC Dbayeh (April 2025). Babies"R"Us Lebanon planned for 2027.
